Job Description :-
- Business development, revenue generation, converting customers into long term business partners, Pre Sales.
- Clear vision and passionate to succeed.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.
- Must be creative to find out innovative ways to find out clients
- Generate Business through Lead Generation and contact build up from Bidding, Email Marketing, Social Media, and
- Cold Calling to International market, etc.
- Search for the opportunity by filtering bids through various resources like (Elance, Odesk, Freelance sites and Guru).
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing client
- Make regular follow ups and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure
- Ability to work within deadlines, enthusiastic, sharp, flexible to changes, ability to deal with more than one project
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills, Professional Approach towards work.
- Willing to work on odd hours to handle client as per their business time zone.
- Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
- Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)
- Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive
- Strong negotiation skills, closing skills, diligent follow-up skills
- Achieving Company Sales Targets, Preparation of Sales Budget, Annual Sales Plan and Strategy.
